clean india means not clean ur home at all, but it indicates to clean ur society,public places and not to throw out ur waste displosal at around the house,street and any other places. you always thinks that if i throw out any waste disposal at any places i.e.other peoples also throw out this process.If you change this system then you also change to make india to be cleaned.
